Hotel Agrabad has announced the promotion of Rayhan Kaiser to the position of Residence Manager, effective July 2026.
A graduate of the University of Gloucestershire, United Kingdom, Rayhan Kaiser began his hospitality career as a Management Trainee at Hotel Agrabad before being appointed Assistant Housekeeper. Seeking to broaden his international experience, he later joined the pre-opening team of Anantara Doha Island Resort & Residences, Qatar, where he served as a Housekeeping Supervisor. Following his successful tenure in Qatar, he returned to Hotel Agrabad as Assistant Housekeeper.
Over the years, Rayhan has demonstrated exceptional leadership, operational expertise, and a strong commitment to service excellence. His consistent performance and dedication earned him a series of well-deserved promotions, including Executive Housekeeper in 2016, Room Division Manager in 2022, and now Residence Manager in July 2026.
Throughout his career, Rayhan has played a significant role in enhancing operational efficiency, maintaining high service standards, and delivering memorable guest experiences. His promotion reflects Hotel Agrabad’s confidence in his leadership capabilities and recognizes his valuable contributions to the organization’s continued success.
