Sublime Facilities Management Ltd., a concern of the Pandughar Group, has officially promoted Mohammad Parvej Miah to the position of Deputy General Manager (DGM) in recognition of his outstanding performance, leadership excellence, and long-standing contribution to the facilities and hospitality management sector.
Parvej brings with him more than 19 years of professional experience in housekeeping and facilities management, including over eight years of international exposure with world-renowned luxury hotels in Dubai. Prior to joining Sublime Facilities Management Ltd., he served with prestigious brands such as One & Only Royal Mirage and One & Only The Palm, Dubai, where he held several key operational and supervisory roles. He served as Housekeeping Manager at Hotel Sarina, Banani, Dhaka, from December 2019 to March 2021. Earlier, from December 2018 to December 2019, he held the position of Executive Housekeeper at The Olives Suites, Dhaka, Bangladesh.
Since joining Sublime Facilities Management Ltd., Parvej has played a pivotal role in strengthening housekeeping operations across multiple client organizations under the Pandughar Group, including Polar Ice Cream, Dan Foods, and Urban Design & Developer. Before his promotion, he successfully served as Assistant General Manager – Housekeeping, where he was responsible for operational planning, staff recruitment and training, SOP implementation, budget control, equipment management, and maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and service quality.
His professional excellence has also earned international recognition. In November 2020, Parvej achieved a remarkable milestone by securing 1st Rank in Bangladesh and 16th Rank across South Asia, the Middle East, and Africa in the prestigious “Power List 25 Housekeepers” published by Hotelier Web.
Parvej is a graduate of Bachelor of Hotel Management & Tourism from National University. He has completed multiple professional trainings in quality management, safety, chemical handling, service excellence, and first aid, both locally and internationally.
