Md Shakawath Hossain, Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Unique Hotel & Resorts PLC, has been honoured with the Who’s Who Bangladesh Award 2026 in the Professionals category.
The award was presented by Yasser Khan Choudhury at a ceremony held in Dhaka, according to a press release.
A total of 12 individuals and one institution received recognition at the event. Among the other recipients were Prof Dr GKM Mustafizur Rahman in the agriculture category, acclaimed film actress Farida Akter Popy in art and culture, and Shahidul Alam, who was honoured with a lifetime achievement award.
Expressing his gratitude, Md Shakawath Hossain said the recognition reflects the collective efforts of his team and their dedication to excellence.
