Bringing with him more than 18 years of progressive experience in the hospitality industry, Al Amin has held senior leadership positions with several international hotel brands and is widely recognized for his strategic vision and commitment to service excellence.
Al Amin began his career with Pan Pacific Hotels Group in Sales before moving into leadership roles with Starwood Hotels & Resorts and later Marriott International. Over the years, he has developed extensive expertise in operations, commercial strategy, revenue optimization, and enhancing guest experiences.
Regarded as one of Bangladesh’s most accomplished hoteliers, Al Amin is also celebrated as a pioneer in elevating the country’s hospitality leadership to the global stage. His appointment marks an exciting new chapter for Renaissance Dhaka Gulshan Hotel as it continues to strengthen its position in the competitive hospitality market.
